Our regular and new customers can count on a high level of customer service. We respond to new queries within an hour. Order processing time has not changed. For smaller orders up to 1000 items, the deadline is 3-5 business days, with larger quantities usually 14 business days. Courier items arrive on time in our country, but also abroad.
